Will there be other couples?
Yes. There will be a limited number of other couples on the retreat. This is why we are able to offer such a low fee. However, the only time you are together with the other couples is for information to be provided. When it comes time to doing the work, you will be solely working in your couple, and at times, with the help of the therapists.
No!
There is no sharing of personal information, no introducing yourselves and you will not need to talk publicly about your relationship - in fact we ask you not too!
Is there any group work?
What if we know another couple?
This can happen in Perth! However, as we have participants coming from all over Perth and further, it is unlikely. Please let Tracey and Tina know if this is the case and we will manage this accordingly. And remember, you will not be discussing any personal information with the group AND you are all here for the same reasons!
Will Tracey and Tina be around to help if we get stuck?
Absolutely! Tracey and Tina will be walking around at all times, assisting you to work through the exercises. Through the initial assessment session that you do prior to the retreat, we both have a really good sense of what is going on for you and can jump right in.
Do we have to stay at the accommodation?
No, you do not need to stay at the accommodation. Some couples find staying at the resort further enhances their experience and avoids the travelling to and from the venue each day. However, we understand this will not suit everyone and it is completely optional. If you would like to stay at Mandoon please contact them directly and mention the Retreat to receive a discount.
Do we need to attend the assessment session prior to the Retreat?
Yes. If you are a new couple to us, it is important that we meet you before the Retreat. This comprehensive assessment allows us to ensure that the Retreat is for you. It also allows you the space to ask any questions you might have and share with us your specific relationship goals. This assessment appointment can be made at South Perth, Joondalup or Osborne Park.
What if we need to cancel?
You can cancel 30 days prior and receive a full refund of the balance paid.
If you cancel with less than 30 days the following applies;
More than 14 days notice - 50% refund of the balance paid.
Less than 14 days notice – no refund available.
Some credit may be available for a future retreat depending on your circumstances and this will be discussed with you at the time.
